    Keeping your contact details up to date means you’ll be the first to hear if there’s important information about your HRV product, as well as news about new products and upgrades.

    We can also let you know when your HRV home ventilation is due for a service and filter change – one less reminder to put in the diary.

    Plus, every customer who updates their details each month goes in the monthly draw to win a $300 Prezzy Card.* It’s a win-win!

    *The following terms and conditions apply:

    • The promotion commences on 1 November 2023 and ends on on 30 June 2024.
    • Eligible entries are for any domestic household that complete their details in the “Update your Details” section of hrv.co.nz
    • For those eligible entries you will be in the monthly draw for the chance to win a $300 Prezzy card.
    • There is one winner per month between 1 August 2022 and 30 June 2024.
    • The draw will be random and drawn on the 1st day of the following month.
    • Exclusions – Commercial deals, Homes Under Construction
    • If you do not provide us with the personal information requested, you will not be eligible to enter the promotion.
    • HRV reserves the right to alter, modify or update the terms and conditions of this promotion.
    • Entering the promotion constitutes a winner’s consent to be photographed and or for HRV to use your name, photograph, and city/town  of residence for publicity purposes without compensation. This includes use on HRV website, direct and social media channels and PR.
    • HRV is the promoter of this competition.
    • Cristal Air International Ltd trading as HRV, EES and Vector Ltd staff, contractors and their family members are not eligible to enter the promotion.
    • You must be a New Zealand resident and over the age of 18 to be eligible to enter this promotion.
