HRV and Sensitive Choice: a very healthy partnership

Sensitive Choice helps millions of people worldwide live better with asthma and allergies. As a not-for-profit created by the National Asthma Council Australia in 2006 it works to educate the public about asthma and allergy management and empower consumers to identify asthma and allergy-aware products and services.
We’re proud to say that HRV home ventilation is one of those products! HRV works two ways to make life better for allergy sufferers:

A drier home
Damp, stale air is a breeding ground for bacteria and allergens.  Moist air means a home with dampness, mould and mildew – all bad news for anyone living with allergies or asthma.
HRV home ventilation reduces dampness by drawing in drier air from your roof space and delivering it to your living areas via ceiling-mounted vents. This forces out the moist air created by cooking, showing, laundry and even breathing.

Cleaner air
HRV home ventilation products feature nanofibre filtration technology, which improves your home’s indoor air quality by filtering common airborne asthma and allergy triggers from incoming air. Depending on the model you choose, this could mean filtration down to 0.4 microns – that makes a human hair look positively chunky!
